Qatar Airways’ ‘Qsuite’ launched from Auckland to Doha and onwards.

Qatar Airways has launched its top of the line, award winning ‘Qsuite’ product on-board its Boeing 777-200 LR aircraft. Qatar Airways operates daily flights from Auckland to Doha and over to 160 destinations worldwide including 55 European cities. The flight from Auckland to Doha is one of the longest commercial flights covering over 14,000 kilometres with a flight time of just over 17 hours.

Qsuite is set to bring new levels of comforts for travellers flying Qatar Airways especially on an ultra-long-haul journey. Qsuite features private cabins for up to four people where privacy panels stow away creating a private room. Qsuite also offers the industry’s first-ever full double bed in business class that comes with full trimmings of soft feathered pillows, a velvet duvet and a pyjama set and ambient lighting. Not surprisingly, Qsuite was awarded the Best Business Class at the 2018 World Airline Awards by Skytrax.

Cabin interiors are designed in the airline’s signature colours of burgundy and grey, enhanced with elegant and warm rose gold detailing. Seats have been thoughtfully dressed in the latest and finest fabrics, to optimise your comfort. The media panel also comes with an all-access power port, with USB, HDMI and NFC capabilities for your convenience. Introducing the quad, a private space fully adaptable to you and your companions’ requirements.

Qatar Airways have partnered with two Italian luxury brands BRIC’s and Castello Monte Vibiano to design an amenity kit with a range of skin care products and in-flight necessities that are designed exclusively to ensure that you arrive fresh at your destination.

The innovative ‘dine on demand’ in Qsuite means one can order a meal anytime they want during the tenure of the flight. May it be canapes or a mid-night snack; it’s served with utmost care and presentation with full flavours by the award-winning Qatar Airways cabin crew.

Qatar Airways is a OneWorld member and operated a frequent flyer program called QPoints. With QPoints travellers can earn points across all business class flights on the Qatar Airways network and redeem across the OneWorld alliance. Qatar Airways launches regular opportunities to getting fast-tracked to higher FFP tiers for travellers to earn better rewards.

The airline has recently launched an array of exciting new destinations, including Mombasa, Kenya; Gothenburg, Sweden and Da Nang, Vietnam. In 2019, including Lisbon, Portugal; Malta; Rabat, Morocco; Langkawi, Malaysia; Davao, Philippines; Izmir, Turkey; and Mogadishu, Somalia.
